The utility room provides further storage and space for large kitchen appliances.

The lounge is equally a brilliant size, with a window to a front aspect, Amtico wood effect flooring, a fireplace, sconce lighting, and ample space for lounge and storage furniture. Through a large archway is very spacious and bright dining room, giving the two spaces an open-plan atmosphere. It enjoys wood flooring, pendant lighting, space for a large dining setting, and windows and French doors into a large conservatory. The conservatory is constructed with low-lying brick walls, PVC windows and doors to the garden, a pitched roof, and lots of space for versatile usage.

Upstairs to the first floor, this lovely detached property continues to impress, with 4 large double bedrooms, excellent integrated storage and wardrobes, and a family bathroom comprising a bath with an overhead shower, a WC, and a hand wash basin. The master bedroom is particularly large, with integrated wardrobes, carpets, and its own en-suite, with a shower, a WC, and a hand wash basin.

The garden is fully enclosed by fencing, laid to lawn, gravel and paved patio, providing vast amounts of space for garden furniture, entertaining guests, and exploring the practical side of gardening. The borders and beds are full of plants, shrubs and trees, offering colour all year round, and an archway leads through to the back of the garden, where there are further lawn and glorious field views beyond. To the side of the property, there is also access to a large modern outbuilding which is currently being used as a gym, but could be ideal as a home office perhaps, and has power connected as well as under floor heating.

Location - Tadlow
Tadlow is a small parish village in South Cambridgeshire, situated on the River Cam, 12 miles southwest of Cambridge and 6 miles northeast of Biggleswade Bedfordshire.

This once-medieval village likely developed around a street running southeast from St. Giles Church, founded around 1092 and built in Early English style. The church has since had more modern additions, comprising a chancel, organ chamber, 13th Century nave and 14th Century western tower, and is now part of Shingay Churches, which hold regular services and events across a group of parishes.

Tadlow is a quaint and quiet village, boasting a recreation ground, children’s play area and allotments. Residents can find numerous shops and businesses in neighbouring villages, including primary and secondary schools, as well as a regular bus service.

Tadlow’s proximity to Royston provides access to many other amenities, such as the Royston mainline train station offering regular fast services to both Cambridge and London Kings Cross. There is also a leisure centre, sports clubs, dentist’s surgeries, and highly-regarded schools for all ages. The A1M and M11 are within a 15-minute drive via the A10/A505, and London Stansted and Luton Airports are both 30 minutes away.

We encourage you to visit Tadlow to see for yourself the wonderful features this picturesque village has to offer.
