Ensum Brown are delighted to offer for sale this superbly presented modern two bedroom semi-detached home that is located in one of the villages most sought after residential locations that has a delightful residents green central to the cul-de-sac. The property benefits from a garage and driveway to the side and generous enclosed garden, both of which are rare to find with two bedroom homes in this price bracket. The property represents and ideal first purchase, buy to let investment or even if you are looking to downsize.

You enter the property and you will immediately see that this property is offered in excellent decorative order throughout and with a very neutral contemporary décor, you can just move straight in. The entrance hall gives access to the first floor, ground floor rooms and also the very useful cloakroom toilet. The kitchen to the front is compact but perfectly functional with space for all the appliances you could require. There is an integrated double oven and four ring gas hob with extractor over, plumbing for a washing machine and dish washer and space for a fridge/freezer. The kitchen is nicely completed with ceramic tiled flooring, tiled splash backs and feature under cupboard lighting.

The main reception room is a generous lounge dining room, but it should be noted the garden has ample space if you wished to extend to the rear, as many of the neighbours have already done, you would still be left with well-proportioned garden space if you did so. This great sized room has wooden floors and features large double-glazed sliding patio doors to the rear garden. Going to the first floor you have two proper double bedrooms, the master with build in wardrobes and the second bedroom with a built-in cupboard but also with space for wardrobes if you required. Finally, you have a bathroom with a three-piece suite in white, including a bath with shower over and glass screen and is nicely completed with tiled floors and walls and with feature spot lighting.

Going outside, this property continues to impress. As previously mentioned, the garden is of excellent size, as it goes across the width of both the property and the garage to the side. It has been nicely landscaped with ease of maintenance. You have a combination of lawn and paved patio areas, along with dwarf hedging and slate borders. You have access from the rear garden into the rear of the garage, which has power and light connected and benefits from eaves storage. To the front of the property, there is a driveway for two vehicles and the generous frontage is laid to lawn with a pathway and steps to the entrance door with storm canopy.

Viewing is highly recommended of this fantastic home; it won't be on the market long!
