PROPERTY INSIGHT
Ensum Brown are delighted to offer for sale this detached 'Moody' constructed executive home located in the desirable 'Chells Manor' area of Stevenage. The property is superbly positioned within this sought after development in the corner of a small cul-de-sac off the main run, making it a very peaceful location. The property is also situated on one of, if not the, largest plots on the development, meaning their is excellent potential for extension if desired (subject to planning). The large, south facing, rear garden benefits from a high degree of privacy and has a woodland area to the rear and also wraps around the side of the property, which currently utilises the space for several storage sheds.

The property offers generous accommodation throughout with a ground floor comprising of an entrance hall with under stairs storage and doors leading off to a living room with double doors opening to the rear garden, a study, a generous sized dining room and also a kitchen/breakfast room. It could be an excellent update to open up the kitchen and dining room in to one, very large, dual aspect room and by doing so creating a very modern and social space. Completing the ground floor is the always useful cloakroom.

The first floor feels equally as spacious. The landing has a built in airing cupboard, gives access to the loft space and with doors off leading to four double bedrooms. The master bedroom is a very generous room and benefits from an en-suite with a four piece suite, a family bathroom serves the other 3 bedrooms. We have already mentioned the generous rear garden but the frontage also feels generous, with open plan space and driveway providing off street parking for several vehicles and leading to a detached double garage.

Ensum Brown highly advise a viewing of this property to fully appreciate, not only the property, but the position and potential this property offers. Call today to arrange your private viewing time.
